Switch cabinet cooler series HL

Our Peltier switch cabinet coolers of the HL series are specially designed for applications with particularly high requirements and therefore operate in a temperature range of -40° – 90° Celsius. Of course, the switch cabinet coolers of the HL series also offer the advantages of our standard switch cabinet coolers, such as installation in any position, quick commissioning through simple electrical connection or the exchangeability with a more powerful switch cabinet cooler of the same size. The outside of our “HL” switch cabinet coolers is designed with IP67 protection as standard to meet the requirements of particularly high ambient temperatures.

Versions

We offer the devices of the Standard series in different sizes and performance classes. You can determine which version is suitable for your application using the table. Alternatively you can use our calculation tool. The detailed data sheets for our devices can be found in our download area.

Our HL series Peltier switch cabinet coolers are available with stainless steel and anodized aluminum hoods to meet your specific application. For application areas such as desert regions, a version with a particularly robust sand storm hood is also possible. In order to ensure the highest possible degree of efficiency as well as a very low vibration and noise operation, we use high-quality, 2-fold ball-bearing mounted fans, which can also be supplied controllable on request. In order to protect your plant as well as the switch cabinet cooler from overheating in case of a breakdown, our units are equipped with a monitoring and alarm system.

Particularly high COP efficiency

Our switch cabinet coolers are characterized by a particularly high COP efficiency. To achieve this, we use highly efficient and robust Peltier modules. These not only ensure the required efficiency, but also have an extreme cycle stability and long service life due to their GL-II structure. If required, the internal heat exchangers can be supplied colorless or black anodized, making them particularly robust against environmental influences. In order to avoid the formation of condensation water and thus possible damage, our switch cabinet coolers can also be equipped with a condensate drain channel.

In addition, all our units are ROHS and REACH compliant and can also be manufactured LABS-free if required.
