We do not list individual Peltier modules, but we are an authorized distributor of several major manufacturers.

We are happy to source them for you – just tell us what you need, and we will offer available or customized modules to meet your requirements.

We carry our expertise and focus in our name: Peltier Technology.

The foundation of all our products is Peltier modules, either your own or those we supply. We integrate them into standard products such as cabinet coolers and dehumidifiers, as well as custom-built solutions such as test benches, laser and electronics temperature control systems, and also into the control of these applications using our own TEC controllers.

Over approximately 70 years, we have installed and advised on the sale of hundreds of thousands of Peltier modules from various manufacturers. We are happy to pass this experience on to you through our products – we know which module from which manufacturer delivers the greatest benefit for each application at the best price. If such a module is not available in our portfolio, we also support you in the custom production of “your” module.

We draw our expertise not only from our own manufacturing, but also from applications in industries such as aerospace, medical technology, semiconductor production, life sciences, and the defense sector.

Diverse products: There are no identical Peltier systems!

It sounds so simple: “a Peltier module with dimensions x by y and Imax 3 A.”
But that’s only where it starts. Should it heat or cool? Fast heating and slow cooling—or the other way around? Small temperature changes but at high frequency? In an extremely cold or extremely hot environment? Open or sealed—and if sealed, with which material?
These are only a few of the factors that differentiate TEC modules, even when their datasheet specifications are partially identical. The operating environment is also critically important—for example, how is the thermal interface designed? How are the temperatures dissipated—via water or air? How are the modules mounted? What temperatures are the connections exposed to, and for how long? Are the lead wires crimped or screwed, what length should they have, or should the module be contacted directly?

Thermoelectric Peltier systems are maintenance-free, refrigerant-free, position-independent, vibration-resistant, and not subject to the F-Gas Regulation!

Temperature management

Thanks to the advantages of thermoelectric temperature control technology, which operates like a heat pump and can therefore both heat and cool, we are able to stabilize systems to within up to 0.01 K, in any orientation and under harsh conditions. Our controllers can be operated and monitored directly on the device, via network, or through a web server. Measured value storage and auto-tuning also make handling easy and allow fixed routines to be executed in a controlled manner.

Laser technology & power electronics

Semiconductors are a small wonder; they are used in countless applications and perform exceptionally well. But only as long as the environment is right—and the most critical factor here is the operating temperature of the semiconductor junctions themselves. Peltier modules play a major role in this, as their stable thermal control of electronics increases both the performance and, in some cases significantly, the service life of the semiconductors or laser diodes used.

Laboratory technology & chip manufacturing

Laboratory applications such as PCR tests rely on precision, reliability, and speed in order to operate efficiently. This is also shared with semiconductor manufacturing and chuck handling. In both cases, Peltier elements operate within systems such as our LABCHILL and PROCHILL devices almost vibration-free and noise-free, enabling accurate and undistorted measurement results.

Optics

Optical systems such as laser paths or analytical procedures require efficient thermal management, for example to minimize image noise or prevent condensation on reflectors. Due to their compact design and high power density, suitable Peltier modules are ideally suited for this purpose. With TEC modules, you can precisely maintain the operating temperature, dehumidify the system, and control the temperature as required—also automatically and according to your specifications.

  • Precise control via current flow: The cooling or heating performance of the module is directly dependent on the applied electrical current and is therefore highly precisely controllable.
  • Switching between cooling and heating function: Reversing the current flow also changes the system between cooling and heating operation. This enables the implementation of temperature cycling as well.
  • Environmentally friendly operation without the use of any refrigerants: No refrigerants are required. This is not only environmentally friendly but also eliminates the need for additional piping, pumps, and other components, and frees you from compliance with the F-Gas Regulation.
  • Position-independent installation: Thanks to their refrigerant-free and therefore compressor-free operation, Peltier elements can be installed in any orientation and are therefore also suitable for use in moving systems.
  • Space-saving, lightweight, and concentrated cooling performance: The compact design enables localized temperature management of thermally critical areas. This allows even the smallest components to be efficiently cooled and heated.
  • Vibration- and noise-free operation: Since the operation of Peltier modules is solely based on the supplied electrical current, a vibration-free and noise-free solution can be achieved.
  • High durability: The structure of our Peltier elements, for example through the GL-II module design, enables exceptional long-term durability of our modules.
  • Low-maintenance operation due to minimized moving parts: Fewer moving parts mean less wear and tear and therefore low-maintenance operation. This not only ensures reliable functionality but also reduces costs.
  • Adaptability of the modules to the components to be temperature-controlled in size and performance: The various module sizes make it possible to adapt them to the shape of the component to be cooled.
