For controlled processes and safe system operation, precise temperature regulation is of crucial importance. PROCHILL ensures exceptionally accurate temperature control with a temperature stability of less than 0.05 K, thereby guaranteeing reproducible results in your system.
With easy switching between cooling and heating modes, a wide temperature range from -20 °C to +45 °C (and, if required, above 45 °C) can be covered. Precise control is ensured by the integrated Peltier controller, which offers extensive functions and protection mechanisms. The use of Peltier technology enables accurate temperature control without the need for refrigerants, not only complying with the EU F-Gas Regulation but also ensuring resource-efficient and economical operation.

PROCHILL laboratory thermostats are characterized by their compact design combined with high power density. At temperature equilibrium, a cooling capacity of 600 watts is ensured. A comprehensive range of accessories simplifies the integration of the LABCHILL Peltier recirculating thermostat into laboratory or industrial applications.
Water-glycol mixtures for use at especially at low temperatures. Our Glycotherm products are available as Glycotherm 5, Glycotherm 20 and Glycotherm 30 with an operating temperature range down to -5 °C, -20 °C and -30 °C, respectively.
Additionally, the composition of the substances prevents algae formation during operation and thus ensures trouble-free use in your application.
Silotherm silicone oils are especially suitable for use at high temperatures at which water or glycotherm products could outgas. The viscosity of our Silotherm silicone oils is also specifically matched to the operation with LABCHILL and PROCHILL recirculating thermostats.
Our connection hoses enable quick and safe installation of the cooling-heating thermostats to the respective application.
The self-sealing connectors allow for a plug & play connection without the danger of liquid leakage when connecting the hose.
Insulated connection hoses are particularly suitable for applications with high temperature differences to the ambient temperature. The insulation prevents additional energy input in cooling mode or energy loss in heating mode of the cooling-heating thermostats. Our insulated hoses are also equipped with self-sealing connectors.

PROCHILL offers a cooling capacity of 600 watts at temperature equilibrium between the circulating medium and the ambient temperature. This makes PROCHILL the most powerful thermoelectric cooling and heating thermostat in its class. Operation for cooling high-performance laser heads is therefore also possible. Are there different fittings for connecting the fluid circuit?
Upon request, both the PROCHILL itself and the corresponding connecting hoses can be equipped with custom fittings.
Do I need additional accessories to operate the PROCHILL Peltier recirculating thermostat?
We recommend operating PROCHILL cooling and heating recirculating thermostats with the tested accessories designed for them. These include suitable connection hoses as well as temperature control fluids from the Glycotherm and Silotherm brands.
With which circulating fluids can the PROCHILL thermostat be operated?
PROCHILL thermostats can be operated with water, water-glycol mixtures, as well as silicone oils.
What do the different operating modes of the PROCHILL recirculating thermostat do?
The PROCHILL features a silent mode and a boost mode. In silent mode, the fan speed is minimized to ensure the quietest possible operation. In boost mode, the Peltier performance is maximized in order to achieve the steepest possible temperature ramps.
In which performance classes is the PROCHILL available?
The PROCHILL cooling and heating thermostat is currently available with a cooling capacity of 600 watts. Further variants will follow. If you have a specific application that requires a different cooling capacity, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How precise is the temperature control of the PROCHILL?
The PROCHILL ensures temperature stability better than 0.05 °C. If your application requires particularly precise temperature control, the cooling and heating thermostat can also be calibrated to avoid deviations. In addition, an external temperature sensor can be used to measure the temperature directly at the application.
