Sandstorm hood for standard sizes 2 and 4
Peltier technology is characterized, among other things, by the absence of moving parts. Only air-cooled Peltier devices use fans on the outside, which reach their limits under extreme conditions such as in desert regions. In these applications, alternative solutions to Peltier technology are often preferred, as a failure or accelerated wear of the external fans is feared.
Dr. Neumann Peltier-Technik GmbH has therefore developed the sandstorm hood. Tested in the military standard test “MIL-STD810G, method 510.5, procedure I + II”, the hood protects our standard units from sandstorms and their consequences even in desert regions.
The weather package – the solution in salty environments
Due to their flexible and modular design, the products of Dr. Neumann Peltier-Technik GmbH can be adapted to any conceivable situation. Even temperature control in coastal regions or offshore applications represents no limit for our devices. With the weather package, our standard units can be ideally adapted to the salt mist air and the associated increased wear ex works.
Due to the built-in stainless steel hood, the anodized heat exchangers and the V4A mounting material used, you can temper your applications with the usual efficiency and quality of Dr. Neumann Peltier technology, while maintaining a long service life.
High temperature series “HL” switch cabinet cooler
High temperatures force even very well designed systems to their knees. This usually also applies to Peltier devices. However, our HL series is just beginning here.
Specially designed for high ambient temperatures, our HL series devices reliably and efficiently temper your application from – 40 °C to + 90 °C ambient temperature.
