The organiser of the prize draw is Dr. Neumann Peltier-Technik GmbH, Gautinger Straße 45, 82061 Neuried, Germany (“DNPT”).
The prize draw runs from 16 September 2026 to 8 November 2026, 23:59 (CET). The time of receipt of the entry form is decisive.
Open to persons of legal age with residence or a registered business address in a member state of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway.
Employees of DNPT and their relatives, as well as employees of service providers involved in running the draw, are excluded. Participation is only permitted where allowed under the law applicable at the participant’s place of residence or business.
Entry is made exclusively via the form on this page by providing a name and email address. Entry is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
Only one entry per person and email address is permitted. Multiple entries, automated entries and the use of prize-draw services lead to exclusion.
7 equal main prizes: one PROTEMP 120 Control cabinet cooling unit each (value €800 each). Instead of the device, each winner may choose a voucher of the equivalent value, redeemable for products and services from DNPT’s range.
Cash payment, transfer or exchange of prizes is excluded. A voucher is valid for 12 months from notification; any remaining value expires; for higher-value products a surcharge is possible.
The winners are determined on 9 November 2026 by random draw from all valid entries. Each valid entry is assigned a sequential identification number; the draw is carried out using a random number generator and is documented.
Winners are notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days or is not eligible, the claim lapses and a substitute winner is drawn.
Devices are shipped DDP (delivered duty paid) within the entry region. If the voucher option is chosen, redemption and service are arranged individually.
The data collected (name, email address) is processed exclusively to run and administer the prize draw and deleted afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

DNPT reserves the right to adjust, interrupt or end the prize draw without prior notice for good cause (e.g. technical faults, manipulation, legal reasons).
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the participant’s country of residence conflict with it. Legal recourse regarding the draw is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
